Your duties

Focus on scheduling:

• Entering customer orders, submission and expediting incl. deadline change to the customer
• Needs-based scheduling of in part complex components and third-party services
• Ensuring smooth production of the right quantity on schedule
• Determining the priority sequence pursuant to customer deadlines and capacity planning
• Deadline monitoring with analyses and assessment of deviations
• Inventory management and controlling, with consideration of internal and /li>
• external influences
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with departments
• Definition, drafting and creation of process instructions / working instructions
• Continuous optimising of processes, CIP

Production planning/control focus:

• Support and responsibility for production planning in ERP system
• Creation of documentation and process and working instructions

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Several years of work experience in a production
• company in the metal industry
• Analytical working approach combined with problem-solving competence
• Experience in handling of ERP systems
• Good to very good MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
• Teamwork capacity and flexibility, communication skills, assertiveness
• Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
• Communication and negotiating skills for dealing with customers
• A knowledge of spoken and written English desirable
