Heppler Training

Powerful training with excellent prospects!

Anyone who wants to produce excellent products needs the support of superbly trained employees. Which is why we attach enormous importance to competent, high-quality and targeted professional training.

Heppler – a training company that offers you more than usual.

With around 45 apprentices, more than 10 % of our personnel are in training. The FutureCenter, our new and specialised training centre, is equipped with almost 20 of the latest 2, 3, and 5-axes CNC machines which give apprentices intensive contact with technology from the outset in a practical environment. However, conventional training on manually controlled machines is not neglected in our enterprise.

Additional internal and external theoretical seminars for CNC and CAM round off this excellent vocational training. And, if necessary, you can even rely on intensive support regarding educational issues, such as assistance in the preparation of class tests or prior to examinations at a later stage. You can even write the report portfolio during working hours.

Following basic training in the FutureCenter, you are then introduced to a diverse production spectrum in our production facility. This brings you through every stage of production, including QA (quality assurance) with metrology, grinding, honing or our warehouse.
